A Project We Are Currently Working On:
Waste Treatment in the US with MBL Technology
From MBL Technology, comes the long-awaited answer for safely processing municipal solid waste. MBL provides the Total Solution for the reduction and diversion of ever-increasing volumes of MSW currently being disposed of in landfills or sent to mass-burn incinerators, redefining the traditional waste industry. By building a modern manufacturing plant that can process up to 2000 tons per day of MSW, MBL recycles 90% or MORE of materials into composite bio-planking to build homes, shelters or renewable high density fuel cubes for coal-fired cogeneration plants. The facility is at "Zero Discharge", virtually odor free and the products are safe and non-toxic. The remaining MSW components; familiar metals, glass and plastics are separated through improved electro-mechanical and proprietary methods, released clean and sterilized back into the recycling markets at an enhanced value. This effectively helps to create a closed loop and a sustainable, economical and environmentally sound solution to the current and future challenges of solid waste disposal, ultimately helping to save our planet.
